Slow-cooked BBQ ribs that are tender, flavorful, and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Season ribs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place ribs in the crock pot.
  3. Mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  4. Pour the sauce over the ribs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Remove ribs, brush with extra BBQ sauce, and broil for 2-3 minutes if desired.
