Description
Slow-cooked BBQ ribs that are tender, flavorful, and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Season ribs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place ribs in the crock pot.
- Mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove ribs, brush with extra BBQ sauce, and broil for 2-3 minutes if desired.
Notes
- Use baby back ribs for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing or increasing brown sugar.
- Broiling adds a caramelized finish.
