Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
