Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water if wooden
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
