Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey or beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup evenly.
