A quick and healthy skillet casserole combining pizza flavors with protein-rich beans.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add beans, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Sprinkle cheese and arrange pepperoni on top.
- Cover and cook for 3 more minutes until cheese melts.

- Use any beans you prefer.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms if desired.
