Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.

- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
