Description

A refreshing summer salad combining sweet grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and fresh greens for a light and healthy dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese (about 4 oz)
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until slightly charred.
  3. Arrange salad greens on a plate.
  4. Place grilled peaches and burrata on top.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil, salt, and pepper.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for best results.
  • Can substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if needed.
