A refreshing summer salad combining sweet grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and fresh greens for a light and healthy dish.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 ball of burrata cheese (about 4 oz)
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until slightly charred.
- Arrange salad greens on a plate.
- Place grilled peaches and burrata on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm peaches for best results.
- Can substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if needed.
- Add toasted nuts for extra crunch.
