Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cucumber, sliced

- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl.
