Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat English muffins
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices low-fat cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the English muffins lightly and set aside.
- Cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
- Heat olive oil in the same pan and scramble the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Assemble sandwiches: place cheese on the muffin, add scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and spinach.
- Wrap each sandwich in foil or parchment paper and freeze.
- Reheat in a microwave or oven when ready to eat.
