Description

A refreshing treat made with honey and lemon juice.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon zest


Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Add honey and stir until dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Mix in lemon juice and lemon zest.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  7. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

  • Use organic honey for better flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Store popsicles in a freezer-safe bag for longer freshness.
