Ingredients
- 2 large red onions, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss onion wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.
- Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust honey heat level to your preference.
- Use yellow onions if red onions aren’t available.
