Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place shrimp in the center of a large piece of foil.
