Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
- Add cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
- Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled.
