Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the eggs to your preferred doneness.
- Place cheese on one egg while it’s still hot.
- Layer turkey bacon and avocado slices on top.
- Cover with the second egg and press lightly.
- Serve immediately.
