Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle half the cheese on top.
- Add bell peppers, black olives, and red onion.
- Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle oregano.
- Place the second tortilla on top.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
- Slice and serve hot.
