Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish (cod or tilapia)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado (sliced)
Instructions
- Mix lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Coat fish with the spice mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Divide fish among tortillas.
- Top with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado.
