Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt


Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Coat fish fillets with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Flake the cooked fish into pieces.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  6. Fill tortillas with fish, cabbage, cilantro, avocado, and a drizzle of Greek yogurt.
