Description
A hearty and flavorful soup with spicy sausage, vegetables, and rich broth.
Ingredients
- 1 lb spicy sausage, casings removed
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup kale, chopped
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add kale and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
