Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup kale, chopped


Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
