A nutritious breakfast bowl with steak and eggs.
Ingredients
- 6 oz steak
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the steak in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove steak and let it rest for a few minutes.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté spinach until wilted.
- Fry the eggs to your preference.
- Slice the avocado and the steak.
- Assemble the bowl with spinach, steak, eggs, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
