Description
A refreshing green smoothie packed with tropical flavors and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add spinach, mango, pineapple, and banana to a blender.
- Pour coconut water over the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and pulse briefly.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen fruit.
- Adjust thickness with more or less coconut water.
- Add ice for a colder smoothie.
