Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the pan.
- Place the tortilla on top of the eggs while they cook.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Once the eggs are set, flip the wrap to melt the cheese.
- Fold and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a large enough pan to fit the tortilla.
- Add veggies or herbs for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
