Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Crack the egg into the pan and scramble it lightly.
- Place the tortilla over the egg and press gently.
- Flip the wrap after 30 seconds and add cheese if desired.
- Fold the wrap and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Serve warm.
