Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead into a dough.
- Divide into small balls and roll into flatbreads.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
