Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, shredded
  • 2 tbsp za’atar seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Shred the tofu and mix with za’atar, olive oil, and salt.
  2. Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain.
  3. Fill each cabbage leaf with tofu mixture, carrots, and parsley.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and wrap tightly.
