Ingredients

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine cooled rice with cucumber, carrots, radishes, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Whisk together rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and salt in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over rice mixture and toss gently to coat.
