Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 500g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Slice sweet potatoes thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. Toss slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange slices in a single layer on baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, flip chips, then bake 10-15 more minutes until crisp.
  6. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
