Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken with the sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook chicken until done (5-7 minutes per side).
  4. Slice chicken and serve over rice with mixed vegetables.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
