Ingredients
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
- Whisk egg whites and coconut flour until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges lift easily.
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from pan and let cool slightly before filling.
